About TownLine BBQ
What constitutes BBQ (beef or pork? dry rub or sauce?) splits a crowd, but everything at our 'cue joint where Sagaponack meets Wainscott unites one. We smoke our dry-rubbed meats on-site and serve plenty of housemade sauces, southern-inspired sides, and whiskeys to make everyone happy. Reclaimed barn wood, a fireplace, local bands, trivia night, and an expansive deck all add to the conviviality both on- and off- season.

Our Menu
Meat reigns supreme here, so we source it meticulously, ensuring that no antibiotics or hormones cross your lips. Deciding betwen brisket and ribs, or between collards and baked beans, or between German chocolate cake and banana pudding will be the hardest part. Scratch that: picking a whiskey from the 70+ bottle selection or a local craft beer from the seven taps to wash it all down may well be harder.
